Sergio Menchaca has been with the Precision Scheduling Consultants team since July 2015. Mr. Menchaca’s degree in Construction Science and Management complements his project management experience. Mr. Menchaca currently provides consulting services to various projects across the United States ranging in size from $5 million to over $300 million. Mr. Menchaca has a strong experience in CPM Scheduling, Project Controls, Time Impact Analysis and Schedule Reviews for Commercial, Government, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, and Multi-Family Construction Projects. Mr. Menchaca provided Project Controls and Scheduling Services for the $300 Million GM Productivity Improvements and Body Shop Project in Arlington, Texas for over 2 years.
Mr. Menchaca earned his Construction Science and Management and Business Administration Degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Mr. Menchaca is a member of the AACEI where he earned his Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification. Mr. Menchaca is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Mr. Menchaca prides himself on his strong work ethic and professionalism to provide clients with the best tools to successfully manage projects. His communication skills allow him to build relationships with his clients to provide effective management tools throughout the life of each project. When Sergio is not at work, he enjoys mountain biking, camping, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
