Mr. Menchaca has worked with Precision Scheduling Consultants since July 2015, bringing a solid foundation in Construction Science and Management. His academic background, combined with real-world experience, enables him to deliver expert consulting services on projects ranging from $5 million to over $300 million across the United States.
Mr. Menchaca specializes in CPM scheduling, project controls, time impact analysis, and schedule reviews. He supports a wide range of sectors, including commercial, government, healthcare, education, industrial, and multi-family construction. Notably, he provided project controls and scheduling services for the $300 million GM Productivity Improvements and Body Shop Project in Arlington, Texas, for more than two years. This role sharpened his leadership skills and deepened his understanding of high-value, fast-paced projects.
Additionally, Mr. Menchaca holds dual degrees in Construction Science and Management and Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. To further strengthen his professional credentials, he earned the Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from AACEI. He also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), reinforcing his expertise in planning and execution.
