Precision Scheduling delivered comprehensive multi-family CPM scheduling and project controls consulting services for the Allure at Gateway project. This ambitious residential development encompassed the construction of an apartment complex featuring 274 units divided between two four-story buildings. Spanning an impressive 11.71 acres, the development included 14 attached garages and three detached garages accommodating 40 parking spaces.
Constructed under Type V-A code, the buildings conformed to Group R-2 classification as outlined in NFPA 13 for the leasing office and clubhouse. For the remaining areas, we implemented NFPA 13-R standards. Precision Scheduling ensured that every aspect adhered to local regulations while meeting the client’s vision for the multi-family project, particularly focusing on CPM scheduling elements.
The project comprised complete site development, a post-tensioned slab, and stick-frame construction. Furthermore, we utilized a 3/12 truss roof system topped with architectural shingles. The exterior elevations featured a blend of stucco, stone veneer, and Hardi-siding, creating a modern and aesthetically appealing environment.
Precision Scheduling applied expert planning techniques and precise project controls for multi-family CPM scheduling, keeping the project on track. We developed a detailed baseline schedule, identifying all critical tasks and milestones. The Allure at Gateway included upscale design elements, such as Shaker style painted cabinets complemented by quartz countertops. To enrich the living experience, the complex featured a clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious lounge, and a large pool. The inclusion of four machine-room-less elevators and metal stairs further enhanced accessibility.
