Founded in 2010, by Gregory Lee, Precision Scheduling Consultants has provided expert consulting services to projects ranging from $1 million to $5 billion. At Precision, our focus is to maximize the efficiency of every project we collaborate on. Our consultants utilize various project planning tools and client-preferred channels of communication (e.g., phone, email, video conference, and site visits) to maintain a successful construction site with a reliable schedule.

Precision’s consultants work as dedicated project schedulers alongside the project management team. Oftentimes a project manager or superintendent has more pressing matters to tend to. Having a dedicated scheduler assigned to a project allows for the project team to focus on more pressing tasks. Precision’s team works to manage a project’s time and resources to aid in the project’s completion.
