Construction Management Agent (CMa) for Federal Projects
North America
During the design stage, the CMa is to provide constructability and maintainability reviews, schedule and budget analysis, pay application analysis, and other general administrative functions in aiding the delivery of projects. The CMa will be part of the project delivery team until the completion of the project. The CMa is directed to review the milestone data and participate in the team as a proactive member throughout the project until the post-occupancy phase. The role also involves collaborating with other positions within the team.
