Mr. Gregory Lee has assisted with the planning and scheduling of over $7 billion worth of Construction Projects in various locations around the world including: Australia, US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of construction projects including: commercial projects, military projects, government projects, medical projects, residential projects, energy projects, and heavy / civil projects. His primary areas of expertise include: Planning and Scheduling, Project Controls, and Forensic Schedule Analysis / Delay Claims.
Mr. Lee is an active member of AACE International, where at the 2012 AACE International Convention, Mr. Lee presented his peer reviewed professional paper: Reduce the Risk of a Recovery Schedule through Resource Loading. He is a veteran of the US Army and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). Greg resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Veronica and their three children.
Mr. Lee earned his Masters’ of Science in Construction Management / Science at Texas A&M University; he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at South Dakota State University and he holds a number of Professional Certifications which include:
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP); the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering; certified August 2010; August October 2011
- Certified Cost Professional (CCP); the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering; certified October 2008; expires October 2011
- Project Management Professional (PMP); the Project Management Institute; certified 12 Mar 2011
- Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP); US Green Building Council; certified March 2009
