Program Manager

Brandon Lee works as a program manager at Precision Scheduling. He oversees project procurement and delivers forensic analysis and dispute resolution services. Specifically, he manages a diverse range of projects valued between $5 million and over $500 million. Additionally, Mr. Lee has executed bid submissions for over 400 construction projects needing critical path method (CPM) scheduling and forensic analysis. Throughout his time at Precision, he has negotiated and procured construction projects worth over $4 billion.

Moreover, Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science in Construction from Louisiana State University. He actively participates in the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) and earned the Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification. Furthermore, he is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), where he holds a LEED GA certificate, and he is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment (ACLCA). These memberships demonstrate his commitment to professional growth.
